What is the deadline?

The delivery time for orders placed on Game Day is between 10 and 20 working days, in busy times the deadline can be extended to 25 working days.

When do I receive the tracking number?

After placing your order, we need 4 to 6 days to prepare it with great care so that it reaches you in perfect condition. After this period, you will receive tracking so you can follow your order on the carrier's website.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Shipping is completely free to anywhere in the world.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship worldwide completely free of charge.

Can I personalize my shirt?

Yes! Personalization can be done with any name or number. Make your shirt unique with exclusive personalization.

I'm not sure of my size.

Don't worry, we have a solution for everything! To find your perfect size, simply go to the product page, scroll down a little and select the "Size Guide" tab. Here, you will find a table with the measurements for each size.

What is the difference between the Player Version and normal jerseys?

Player Version jerseys are made from materials identical to those worn by players. They are lighter and more breathable. As they are tighter, we recommend using one size larger than your normal size.

Regular jerseys are made for football fans, with materials that offer a high level of comfort and use.

What are the competition/patch symbols?

These are the symbols used by each team to identify the competition for the game in question. For example, if Real Madrid is playing in a Spanish league game, the La Liga symbol will be used on the arm, while if the game is for the Champions League, the La Liga symbol will be used.

What is the return period?

The return period is 14 days after receiving your order.

We only accept returns of items that are not personalized, defective or that, due to an error on our part, were not delivered correctly.
