What is the delivery time?

The delivery time for orders placed on Game Day is between 10 and 12 business days, during peak periods the delivery time may extend to 25 business days.
Delivery times for the Azores and Madeira range from 12 to 20 business days, which may extend to 28 business days, depending on the season.

When will I receive the tracking number?

After placing your order, we need 4 to 6 days to carefully prepare it so it arrives in perfect condition. After this period, you'll receive tracking information so you can track your order on the carrier's website.

What is the difference between Player Version and normal jerseys?

Player Version jerseys are made from materials identical to those worn by players. They're lighter and more breathable. Because they're tighter, we recommend sizing up one size.

Regular jerseys are made for football fans, with materials that offer a high level of comfort and usability.

What are the competition/patch symbols?

These are the symbols used by each team to identify the competition in question. For example, if Real Madrid is playing a Spanish league match, the La Liga symbol will be used on the arm, while if the match is for the Champions League, the Champions League symbol will be used.

What is the return period?

The return period is up to 14 days after receiving your order.

We only accept returns of non-personalized, defective items or items that, due to an error on our part, were not delivered correctly.
